    The facilities are amazing, with a spacious and impeccably clean spa area, a lovely swimming pool, and a well-equipped gym. The friendly staff provided really good service. Breakfast offered a wonderful variety of international and Georgian dishes.

    There was variety of delicious meals. We asked for a double room and it was brand-new with warm colors. The location was best possible and prime, the staff was accommodating. There was a primary restaurant nearby.

    The pool area was really nice! But ugh, the room cleanliness was disappointing and the awful breakfast was just inedible. the inconsistency with water service is a real bummer. 😩

    Inconsistency in special requests can be frustrating!!! Not to mention the poor communication among staff that leaves guests waiting too long for responses!!!

    Really good hospitality experience

    Wow, had an amazing 2-night stay! The front desk team was super helpful, especially Iago and Dato, who really went the extra mile for us. We loved the variety at breakfast, especially the Georgian specialties.

    His local knowledge was spot on, helped us plan our itinerary, and checked in regularly to see if we needed anything.

    It wasn't the cheapest, but considering the overall quality, I guess it's acceptable.
